[HCDX] unid arabic on 1161

I would believe it to be "Huna Tehran, Sault al-gumhuriyya al-islamiyya fi Iran".  then music.

(This is Tehran, Voice of the Islamic Republic of Iran)

This is just my opinion.  I am in no way implying that this is the definitive answer.

  Is this Egypt or Algeria or ?
