[HCDX] Peru logs

Peru, 4857.41, Radio La Hora, 2345-2359, Noted a male in Spanish comments.  Noise was impossible, but still
able to make out some of the signal.  Signal strength was threshold.  (Chuck Bolland, July 26, 2007)

Peru, 5014.15, Radio Aultura, 0945-1000,  Noise and poor condx make for tough listening this morning, but
on occasion the signal improved slightly to allow receiption of a male in Spanish comments.  Every once in awhile
he is joined by a female.  Music is presented every couple of minutes.  Signal was threshold with the noise.
