[HCDX] Monday Monday ... etc
Russia, 9765, Radiostantsiya Tikhiy Okean, 0845-0900 Tune in late, but it didn't matter. Heard a bit of Russian Language comments at 0851 briefly when the signal faded in for a moment, but that was all. Signal was threshold to nil. (Chuck Bolland, July 30, 2007)
Indonesia, 4790, RRI Fak Fak, 0920-0935 Although I had been sitting on 4790 since 0900, there was only the carrier audible until 0920 when the audio faded in. At that time I heard a female announcer in Indonesian comments presenting music. Signal never improved beyond threshold however. (Chuck Bolland, July 30, 2007)
Indonesia, 4869.95, RRI Wamena, 1003-1010 Don't know if this signal was up before 1000 or came on at 1000? Noted a male in comments briefly at 1002. Then again at 1006 more comments and music. Signal was very weak. (Chuck Bolland, July 30, 2007)
Malaysia, 6049.65, RTM 1025-1030 Noted a faint signal here with music. At 1026 a male announcer in comments. Shortly after, a female joins with comments. As mentioned, the signal was very faint. (Chuck Bolland, July 30, 2007)
Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 1030-1040 In here with a female in Spanish comments. Turns out she is presenting a language lesson of some kind. Had been checking this freq out since 0900, but when tuing pass just now, caught this RSC on the air with a good signal. (Chuck Bolland, July 30, 2007)
Not much on the air this morning. Seemed like everyone was sleeping in today. The noise(QRN) was moderate this morning, but signals were still very weak.
