Philippines, 9430, Far East Broadcasting Corp. 1015-1035, Noted a male and Female 
Chinese (Mandarin scheduled) language comments until 1030.  At 1030 music presented.
This is suppose to be parallel on 9400 KHz (ex-9405), but couldn't hear it on either, only 
9430 KHz.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, July 31, 2007)
