Frequency change for VOA in French via Bonaire:
(April 7th, 2008)

With immediate effect, the frequency of the VOA French broadcast to West 
Africa at 1830-2030 UTC via the RNW Bonaire relay station has been changed 
from 17895 to 17550 kHz.
