[HCDX] Logs

Chad, 4904.94, Radiodiffusion Nationale T'chadienne, 2215-2219* Primarliy heard French language comments, then a few bars of African Hilife music. After a few more brief comments, National Anthem played and off at 2219. While it was on, the signal was good.

Unid, 5930, 2240-2245, Noted a female in Language comments. The language sounded like Portuguese, but could have been something else. Periodically music was presented \ which sounded Middle Eastern. Signal was good. No ID heard or understood. Signal
