[HCDX] logs

Bolivia, 5996.37, Radio Loyola, 1030-1045, Noted two males in Spanish
language conversation. Signal was surround with splatter, but still it was
audible and fluctuated between poor and fair as I listened. They are
joined by a female later. The format sounded like a news program.

Bolivia, 4732, Radio Universitaria, 1053-1100 With a very weak signal,
noted just usic coming over the noise. At 1101, a female comments.
Unfortunately, the signal is too weak to copy details.

Peru, 4746.89, Radio Huanta Dos Mil, Haven't heard this station in
the mornings for more than a week? . Not sure about the afternoons,
but chances are it is nil heard in the afternoons too. Hopefully they
are just down for maintenance and not permanently?
Maybe they QSY'd to another freq due to CODAR?

Thailand, 7255, Radio Thailand, 1117-1140 Noted a female in comments
the entire period. Not sure what language she was speaking, maybe Khmer?
At 1130 a male comments in English, "That concludes the program ...
Radio Thailand ...". At 1130 more comments using a different language.
Radio Thailand isn't schedule beyond 1130 on this freq in any of my
reference material, PPWBR(08), EIBI(08), WRTH.(07). So it seems
I have a dilemma? The program after 1130 could be the VOA, but
I didn't hear any intro in English or otherwise at 1130?
Program continues in unknown language (Chuck Bolland, February 7, 2008)
