[HCDX] logs 25 FEB 2008

Bolivia, 5996.39, Radio Loyola,  1015-1030  At tune in noted a male in 
Spanish comments.
Heard place name, "Santa Cruz".  At 1020 comments continued, but the signal 
dropped
radically into the noise to threshold.  (Chuck Bolland, February 25, 2008)

Bolivia, 4451.26, Radio Santa Ana de Yacum, Tentative, 1035-1045  Hearing a 
male
in Spanish comments.  Think I missed the window for this station, since the 
signal is being
erased by noise and there is no reason to think it will get better or be 
easier to hear today for
