soft musical tones w/ presumed ID. Announcer in
language w/ exotic musical bits. Poor, barely audible

Jan 5, Mandarin. Lite instrumental music at t/in.
Announcer over music at ToH. Various announcers b/w
musical bits thru t/out. Poor under band QRN.

Stopped on frequency long enough to hear familiar
format of OM taking listener phone calls b/w FR

music featuring Madonna's "Holiday" and The Manhattans

Could this be somehow affiliated with R.Elwa-Liberia?
