Now at 1800-2300 UT to NoAf on 11915 kHz centered 30 kHz BUZZ. Covers also 
11758 to 12138 kHz with ignition like spikes tonight. wb

Read some comment in a newsgroup last week:
Saudi Arabia is super rich by petro dollars, but STILL A THIRD WORLD 
COUNTRY.
