Peru, 6019.41, Radio Victoria, 0821-0840  Noted a male and female
in Spanish Language comments until 0831.  At that time music is
presented. Live comments back at 0837 from a male.  Lots of noise
grinding away at the signal which is poor.  Consequently, this makes
it difficult for a decent logging.  (Chuck Bolland, August 6, 2008)

Russia, 5920, Radio Rossii, 0906-0920,  Noted a male in Russian Language 
comments.  This is happening while WBOH is mixing in
with their religious music and comments.  Rossii's programming continues 
with a female in Russian comments.  Both signals (Rossii's and
WBOH's) are equally strong which is noteworthy I think. Rechecked this freq 
at 0938 and Rossii was nil heard.   (Chuck Bolland, August 8, 2008)

Chile, 6110, CVC (Voz Cristiana), 0925-0935  Noted music until about 0929 
then canned promos and comments in Portuguese language.  Shortly after, 
music begins again.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, August 6, 2008)

Japan, 3925, Radio Nikkei, 0936-1000,  At tune in noted steady music
for a few minutes.  This was followed by a female in Japanese Language
comments and subsequently by a male in comments.  He continued
talking until 1000.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, August 6, 2008)
