0603. Fair to good  but occasional utility QRM. Irregular. Not heard

Covered by  noise jammer at 0400. Noise jammer & VOBME gone

Aug 16, IS.  Talk. Horn of Africa music. Weak. Poor. Mixing with 
unidentified broadcast  station. Covered by noise jammer at 0359, 
causing VOBME to move to 7165.12.  VOBME back on 7175 at

Talk in  unidentified language. Horn of Africa music. Good signal.
