Russia, 5920, Radio Rossii, 0910-0930,  Noted a male and female in Russian 
comments
between music selections.  WBOH beginning to fade in, but Rossii dominating 
the freq
at this time with a good signal.  (Chuck Bolland,  August  24, 2008)

Brazil, 5990, Radio Senado, 1005-1035  With a good signal this morning, 
noted two
females in conversation as they played Brazil pop hits. At 1025 a news 
summary
presented with ID, this is followed at 1030 with more female comments.  With 
a very good signal from Brazil at this time.  (Chuck Bolland, August 24,
