word whether will return
*HCJB Australia QSL card shows Bungle Bungles formations; sightseeing
flights fly over the SW transmitters every day. Watch out for RF
*ZNS1, Bahamas, 1540, not back on air in time for Hurricane/TS Fay
*R. Cultura São Paulo, Brasil, nominal 9615, heard on 9660 in July,
9659 in August
*Contract for Brasília to relay China on 9665 expires at yearend;
maybe will use transmitter/frequency for RN Amazônia?
*R. Nove de Julho, Catholic station in SP, supposedly finally
activating on 9820 by end of August
*CFUN Vancouver 1410 [not 1470 as I said], applies to move transmitter
site SE, cutting off half a million listeners to the NW; pattern may
be out of whack as puts strong signal into Calgary already
*Northern Peaks, new porno cable channel, authorized by CRTC, and will
be 50 percent Canadian content
*Firedrake keeps showing on new frequencies, including 13570 colliding
with WINB
*Missing the point of the lip-synching girl singing Ode to the
