[HCDX] New MW QSL #2997

WA 98027-1307. Rec. nice package with info on Issaquah and a beautiful
copper pin of the City of Issaquah in 6d or CD report. V/S:  Carolyn
Sigtowicz-Exec. Assist. for the Office of the Mayor. WA QSL #311, Total
MW QSL: #2997. Did not mention the power, but she was very surprised the
signal reached here. Presume it is 10 watts or under, as most TIS
stations are. (PM-OR)
