Strange log. Why do you suppose 'hearing R Kuwait'?
Kuwait is usually on 17885 at 1005-1500 towards South / East Asia.
Noted at 1250 UT when checked today.
RFI Paris is on 17850 at 0700-1500, and 1600-1800 in French and Pashto.
Noted at 1255 UT when checked today.

Its Saturday 1200 utc Oct 4 2008. I am hearing Radio Kuwait in 16 meters
on
17850 khz with a very nice signal of a 43444 on the SINPO Code. No ID yet.
I wonder if this is correct while programming from many stations are being
relay via other contries.
