[HCDX] Bolivia

Bolivia, 5996.26, Radio Loyola, 0001-0015,  Can barely hear the audio,
but using the WinRadio I see an image quit clearly.  However, when
audible, I am hear a male in Spanish language comments.  He's only audible

noted a female in Spanish language.  Tons of splatter makes this a tough.

Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 0043-0100   Straight music at tune in
which continues.  At 0051 a male gives ID, "Radio Santa Cruz" over music.
Shortly after, promos or ADs presented.  Signal was good.  (Chuck

Bolivia, 6155.25, Radio Fides, (Tentative), 0050-0100, Finally being able to 
tune
this in, noted a female in Spanish language comments with a male.  This 
until
0057 when music is presented.  After a few bars, the female returns with
more comments.  Signal was fair, but rain storm outside.  Had to secure.
