China, 5965, China Radio International, 1030-1058,  Noted a program of
steady Mandarin Language comments, news and features.   This possibly
being relayed via a transmitter in the Xi'an area.  Signal was fair but 
possibly
a DRM type signal on freq nearby causing interference.  (Chuck Bolland,

Bolivia, 5996.25, Radio Loyola, 1045-1053,  Unfortunately I tuned in too
late to hear anything from this station.  Only the carrier was audible.
