[HCDX] ROU - New 300/100 kW Continental transmitters on air

Mr. Ianculescu from RRI Bucharest
[and Romanian Telecommunication S.N. Radiocomunicatii SA, Romania's
state-owned broadcast organization, too] sent me a short e-mail yesterday,
he confirmed that all new RRI shortwave transmitters are on air since 
November 11, 2008.
