CHINA  6280  CNR 1 double jammer (verified with 4800 khz ) with signal S9

[MYANMAR ] 17495  DVB 1430  there were some minimal talks in English 
with addresses and KHz Then  with talks in bamar signal S5 max with mean 
noise level S2
