[HCDX] late DX

Germany, 6115, Radio Farda, 0230-0257, Relayed via Lampertheim according
to AOKI.  The 08 WRTH says it's relayed via Morocco.  Anyway, program
consisted of steady music in possibly Farsi Language.  At 0243 canned ID 
where
I caught the word "...Farda..." then back to music until 0257 when the 
signal
dropped of the air and never returned.  In the meantime, the signal was poor 
to
