Another day, another mistake (sigh): I meant to write 11783.1, not 11780.1, corrected:
** BRAZIL. 11783.1+, Jan 29 at 0246 check, RNB/RNA is still way off-frequency. Most of the time there is nothing around to het it so it`s not obvious (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
