[HCDX] A funny switch on RNZI

A funny thing happened today, February 9, 2014 on Radio New Zealand International: at 1058 UTC they changed frequency from 9765 to 13840kHz acc. to their schedule. But then on 13840kHz exactly after the time signal at 1100 the transmitter was switched off (after 1 minute on this frequency) and tuned back to 9765kHz. On this frequency the program continued until 1258 when another scheduled frequency change took place, this time to 5950kHz and without problems.
