[HCDX] CANCELLED: DX Test From WWXL-1450

Just got an e-mail from the Engineer at WWXL-1450 to inform that regrettably, tonight's DX test is cancelled.  His vehicle broke down and he cannot get to the station.  He indicates he would re-schedule at a later date.
