in very disturbed 31 mb this night 20-21 UT. Much scratchy terrible spurious
signals from 9830 kHz fundamental IRIB Kamalabad in Albanian, and spurs on
9607 - 9619
9756 - 9768
9684 - 9699
9888 - 9909
9959 - 9975 kHz.
IRIB 9830 kHz S=9+45dB up to 2 both 11 kHz wide span.
