[HCDX] GRC Avlis rebells, July 14, at 0830 UT ON AIR 9420, 11645 rather weak in Europe, 15630 kHz

I guess 11645 kHz - with lousy signal here - is meant either towards Moscow Russia Siberia, or 180degr southwards Africa target, tiny signal in Germany. 73 wb df5sx
