ARGENTINA   11710.723  RAE Buenos Aires Japanese sce logged at powerful
S=9+25dB or -58dBm level in southern Germany, at 1022 UT Aug 28. Endless
boring speech of male announcer in Japanese.  But suffered a lot on lower
side, 11684 to 11705 kHz covered broadband by China mainland scratching
White Noise jamming audio against RFA Tibetan sce on 11695 kHz from
Al Dhabbaya-UAE relay at 0125 UT on Aug 28.

ANTARCTICA ARGENTINE  15475.975 kHz LRA36 at 19.12 UT on Aug 27, fade-in,
'seen' on remote units in Spain and Norway. But as usual LRA36 Arcangel
Antarctica at excellent remote SDR unit at Sven's location Midsund on
central Norwegian coastline.

LRA36 at present 15475.975 kHz.

and RAE always 15345.346 kHz at 2125-2130 UT.

19 mb alignement of Perseus unit is +10 Hertz offset.

ARGENTINA 15345.333 .. x.343 kHz, wandering, very odd frequency at
RAE Measured here 15345.358 (mostly)
very poor stability
