ARGENTINA RAE Buenos Aires German sce at 1734 UT Oct 14
on 15345.380v kHz, transmitter is unstable in frequency,
hopps up and down in range 15345.380 ... x.420 kHz,
at 1734 UT on Oct 14.
SPAIN 15325 Last ever shortwave outlet of REE Noblejas in Russian heard in
1720-1730 UT time slot, S=9+35dB -39dBm powerhouse signal here in southern
Germany. ID#s at 1728 UT, followed by guitar mx 1729-1730 UT, 5 time pips
given at 17.29:54 to 17.30 UT, TX switched OFF at 17.30:08 UT.

Was trying to pick up Radio Argentina Exterior tonight (Monday) at 0200hrs
(10PM Eastern) on 11.711 as per the schedule at:
http://rae.radionacional.com.ar/?page_id=110 ...but found nothing there.
I would image they are typically reliable in North America at that time
no?
Anyone pick them up Monday night?
