13560??? That in the US at least, and I suspected elsewhere, is reserved for industrial, scientific and mechanical devices (such as RF IDs), low-powered ``Part 15``, including within 10 kHz +/- those HIFER beacons we have been hearing, with ISM noiseblobs on 13560 itself. There should not be any broadcasters anywhere on 13560. Yes, HFCC has it on 13560 at 1300-1330, but could it be a typo? Tiganeshti is on 13660 at 1330-1400 in Chinese (Glenn Hauser, DXLD)
