26m S=9+10dB -66dBm signal in downunder remote SDR unit in Sydney AUS. Bank
news and state deficiency.

INDONESIA 4869.915 RRI Wamena in BI, weak and tiny signal on downunder
SDR unit, S=4 or -102dBm only, at 0913 UT on Oct 26.
9680.050 Tiny signal of RRI Jakarta noted here around 0920 UT,
logged on Tokyo remote unit, and underneath even frequency tiny -
supposedly - CHN mainland parked jammer unit, later the day used against RTI
Taiwaqn co-channel.

KOREA REP OF 6094.997 kHz UNIDentified East Asian, like Japanese
language heard. At 0900-0930 UT Oct 26 came across of a funny song / music,
from the 30s. In Japanese language of course. Really amusing jolly programm.
S=9+20dB -54dBm. Talk in between by female + male announcer. All very
amusing and traditional easy listening program. KBS early appearance?
engineer in duty error ? Not in \\ KBS Japanese 7275 kHz, which had rather
hard rock music played.
But on Oct 28 observed on SDR net at Tokyo unit as follows
6155 and 7275 KBS Kimjae in Japanese lang program.
From 0900 UT KBS Japanese only on 7275 kHz.
6094.997 kHz again, from 0857 UT onwards heard chimes like interval signal
to 0859 UT followed by female announcer in Japanese, mentioned KBS at 0900
UT ... but program was NOT \\ 7275 kHz. Nice proper S=9+15dB or -58dBm
signal near Tokyo capital remote unit.
I guess some new transmitter (and antenna?) equipment at Kimjae-KOR has been
erected and tested now with special programs "now and then".

Kimjae transmitting center was reported recently on refurbishing or repair
work schedule ? Signal heard downunder in Australia remote unit.
Oh yes, KBS 6155 Kimjae is N O T on air,
seemingly but on 6095 kHz instead ?

At 0953 UT heard "Happy Birthday to you ..." song ...

Due to unforeseen maintenance at Kimjae Transmission Center KBS World Radio
announce a temporary change of the broadcast time for our Chinese Service
and English Service to China. The current broadcast time at 1130-1330 UT
will be temporarily changed to 2200-2400:
2200-2300 6095 KIM 250 kW 290 deg to China in Chinese, now 1130-1230
2300-2400 6095 KIM 250 kW 290 deg to China in English, now 1230-1330
This inevitable change will be effective from Oct. 19 for about 2 months.
The exact date the broadcast will return to its original time will be
announced in the near future.

UAE 6180.098 odd frequency by Babcock brokered IBRA Radio program in
Somali, from Al Dhabbaya-UAE site, scheduled 1700-1730 UT towards Somalia,
heard on sidelobe signal here in Germany, S=9+10dB or -61dBm on Oct 27 in
1725-1730 UT time slot.

UT short piece of French language news slot, followed by HQ prayer from 0612
UT Oct 28. S=9+20dB signal strength in southern Germany. In 05-06 UT \\ 7295
kHz with same HQ prayer.

via Sitkunai LTU relay site on Baltics. Came across at 0452 UT on Oct 28

SDR radio posts. NHK station address in Russian 'todshka', ID and web page
URL given at 0454 UT.

signal into NY and MA remote units. Same signal but Vatican Radio English

report of parliament election in Kiev Ukraine. Russian speaking national
separatists in Lugansk and Donezk eastern part of Ukraine.

scheduled 04-07 UT, Arabic except 06-0610 short French news report on Ebola

kHz at 0623 UT too.

INDONESIA. 9526-, Oct 26 at 1340, no signal from VOI English, now squeezed
as always in B-seasons by 9530 China radio war (VOA Chinese via Philippines
drawing it there), and by 9520 at 1355 with mass in some language, i.e. R.
Veritas Asia in Sinhala, also Philippines. Atsunori Ishida`s Monitoring
Report of Indonesian Radio does show 9526 today starting Japanese at 1200;
but then? The 1300 English hour had been logged, so far, every day in
October at slightly variable times (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
