[HCDX] 15120 am mode, French program from Nigeria

NIGERIA   15120 even frequency probably Abuja site, in French S=9+40dB
proper signal into Germany, around 0715-0725 UT Dec 15, but noted also some
10x spurious whimper sound signal peaks of 793 Hertz distance apart each -
even in pause break of talk / spoken parts.
