"From 11th November the existing brand BBC Wiltshire Sound will
disappear, to be replaced with BBC Radio Swindon and BBC Radio
Wiltshire.

Nearly two years ago BBC Wiltshire Sound began broadcasting different
programming for the Wiltshire and Swindon areas between 7am and 1pm.
Now, to increase the provision of local services, the funding has
been given to make this split permanent.

The service is also available on medium wave Swindon 1368 Khz
Chippenham & West Wiltshire 1332 Khz"
