[DX] Uganda, new sw station planned

I got a word from my sources that there is a christian
shortwave station planned in Uganda. They are waiting
for a final approval from the authorities. If approved,
it will be a 1 kW tropical band station, located near
Entebbe. No further info received about the organization(s)
behind this project.
