[DX] Latvian asemista ja pisteistä

Kun tässä äskettäin oli kysymyksiä näistä Latvian
asemista, tarkistin tilanteen asiantuntijalta eli Bernd
Trutenaulta. Alla hänen vastauksensa.
Eli Radio Nord lienee selvä pisteasema, tuon Kuldigan
1350 määritelköön ALT, please.

"Hi Jari,

now here is the info: The 1350 & 9290 tx's are owned by LVRTC and leased
by/rented out by Krebs TV, while the 945 tx is owned by Krebs TV (though
installed at the LVRTC Ulbroka site, and the antenna for 945 e.g. is owned
by LVRTC). The license which Krebs TV has for Radio Nord on 945 is a
license for a regular local radio station.
