Ei välttämättä nykyisessä versiossa koskaan. Pullonkaulana
kaistanleveydelle on useimmiten kaistanleveys boxista tietokoneeseen. Jos
se on äänikortti kuten FlexRadiossa, ei tuon n. 20 kHz:n yli päästä
koskaan. SDR-14:ssa se on USB-väylä, joka rajoittaa sen 150 kHz:iin.

Iso ongelma on myös se, että jos laajennat kaistanleveyttä,
dynamiikkaongelmat kasvavat. Esim SDR-14:ssa ei ole mitään
esifiltteröintiä ja sen toiminta isojen signaalien kanssa ei liene kovi
hyvä?

Näihin pitäisi saada nopeampi väyläratkaisu, kuten esim. USB2, firewire
tai tuossa IJL:n viittaamaassa IZT CCT:ssä oleva ethernet.
