Otsikon kysymys 'onko dx-kuuntelu hölmöjen harrastus?' tulee väkisinkin
mieleen, kun lukee WBHV:n vastauksen.
Erittäin ystävällinen vastaus tältä taajuuden 1330 kHz pensylvanialaiselta,
mutta lause 'How does someone with such an impressive background get into
DXing?' särähtää kyllä hieman korvaan ;)
Kai ne radioasemilla ajattelevat aika usein, että vain hullut kirjoittavat
asemille ja lähettävät sinne postikortteja sun muita kuvia. Siksi on kyllä ihan
mukava aina välillä lyödä luu kurkkuun ja kertoa, että me dx-kuuntelijat ollaan
itse asiassa aika laadukasta porukkaa ... ja oikeastaan radioasemalle on
suuri kunnia, jos suomalainen dx-kuuntelija heille kirjoittaa!
