[DX] WNSH heard in Finland 12/19/08

Jim,
Yes, you did hear the WNSH broadcast on 19th December at 16.00 EST . Below
is an excerpt from the WNSH transmitter log on the date and time you heard
the broadcast.
WNSH uses a new state-of-the-art Broadcast Electronics 4MX50 transmitter
capable of 50,000 watts. WNSH is licensed for omni directional operation at
30,000 watts until local sunset then reduces power to only 85 watts. You
apparently received our signal just before going to the lower power,
although it is not at all unusual for us to receive reception reports from
your country while on low power.
Our Antenna Z is 24 Ohms with a daytime antenna current of 35.5 amps [ the
reading below is divided by 10 ] .... nighttime is reduced to 1.88 amps [
0.19 ] Tower height is 100 FT [ aprox 30.48 M ] .
