Hello Jim, my name is Ryan Johnston. I am the program director at KXPO in 
Grafton North Dakota. I have received your emails and letters and am sorry 
it took so long to get back to you. We got your first letter in november of 
2009 and were so impressed with the time it took for your letter we wanted 
to do something nice for you. But that was around Christmas and is very busy 
and of course it got put aside.  I got your email and letter last week and I 
said to myself, that's it, I have to get going on this and send you 
something. So here goes. From your letter, I do not know of any "joes sports 
center" in our area, it could have been a interfering signal on that one. 
However, you were right.  Ryan Johnston (me) is the morning guy. The 
hardware store in Park River is called Hardware Hank. And the religious 
program on sundays is called sing for joy. And the vip shopping spree is 
from our station as well.

I am as soon as my wife gets off the computer (that is why I am writing to 
you on my phone at the moment) going to burn you cd's of a whole day of 
broadcast from 2 years ago and get a package ready to send you this week. 
KXPO started in 1958 as KGPC. And two years ago we had our 50th anniversary. 
I am 28 and have worked at my hometown station since I was 17 and I love it 
very much. I took it upon myself to get together as much vintage audio of 
old dj's, commercials and music as possible and have a full day of old time 
broadcast. It was a great day and I have it all on cd to send to you. I will 
also be including a letter explaining our station and why it is unique in 
our state and country for that matter. We will also include some pictures. 
Again thank you very much for the letter and I look forward to staying in 
contact with you in the future.
