If its up for more than four hours, I guess they should consult a specialist. In Tracy, they used to be audible, but not any more than you would expect for a graveyard at 60-70 miles distant. Sometime around September or October, they must have made some kind of change, as they were coming in more like a 5KW regional at 20 miles than a 1KW graveyard at 60 miles. Even at night, they are dominant on 1240 at this range. I only have about 5-10 degrees of loop rotation to try to null them to the point of being able to hear anything else on the frequency.

Don't know why people think that the stations signal is louder now than in the past. Several months a story in the Sacramento Bee mentioned that people in Folsom couldn't hear KSQR, this was when they had just switched over to Air America. Could it be that the Bee is somewhat rightist leaning? Naw! Maybe some dropped some Viagra on them and that is why the stations signal is up .
