UnID Latin American station heard tonight around 1533.6 kHz. First heard August
30 at 0310 with nonstop Spanish ballads. Frequency drifted down to 1533.4 kHz by
0335. Possible talk by male announcer at 0325. Barely above noisy threshold,
readable only on peaks.
