Radio Vizit (name tentative) is a new station operating in 
Sankt-Peterburg on the frequency of 1323 kHz. Transmissions daily at 
0600-1400 UTC, program consisting of pop music from the 60's and 70's. 
Heard daily in Finland. Does anyone have an address for this?
