As of right now. R. Apintie is booming in on 4.990.95.  I can listen 
to them in AM and the sound like a local.

We have also been starting to hear Indos in the afternoon, albiet the 
stronger ones.  4.753 was booming in today complete with long path 
echo.

Things are looking up!
