UNID Nordic station on 3295kHz

Heard at 2100UTC on 3295kHz on 11/10/95. An UNID station in a Nordic language
(probably Norwegian) operating in USB WITH carrier (easiliy resolved in AM
mode). Programming was a live football commentary interrupted by continuous
pop music (perhaps at half time?). Commentary was not in parallel with the
Norway vs England match being broadcast by NRK on 1314kHz but it is possible
it was the same game. (Also checked for Danish and Swedish MW parallels but
cannot receive Iceland or Faroes at that time to make similar check). 
There were regular short bursts of utility QRM co-channel.
