A medium wave test will be held in Italy during the week end. The purpose
is to compare reception conditions in two different locations (near the
Ligurian and the Adriatic sea), with various receivers and antennas. Six
dxers will partecipate, divided into two groups; JRC, Icom and Watkins
Johnson receivers will be used and various longwires.

Channels to be scanned between Saturday and Sunday have been chosen as follows:

All European hard-core dxers are invited to join us, and to post here next
week their observations, id's, remarks, comments etc.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to have a net connection during the test.
As solar activity has suddenly increased lately, conditions are expected to
be interesting towards South America. But...
