Right you are, Kevin ! In the good old days I received a QSL by telex (no,
unfortunately not via HF, but via the ususal sat/landlines) from the Angolese
press agency ANGOP. Chances for a printed QSL were practically zero, so I was
pretty satisfied with this one.
