NOTE: Looking thru the Oct95 NASWA Journal, Ken MacHarg had logged TIFC
Costa Rica here @ 1826 in Spanish on Aug12 in // to 9644.6 kHz, this would
explain my Oct06 log of this in Spanish but I don't see the connection to
the logging with the "101" Jingles and Loop Tape Xmission. Could it
be possible they (TIFC) are relaying some-one else? Radio Nacional operates
on 101.5 FM..... signed, Confused.

Suggested Frequencies for WWCR to replace 3315 with:
5975 - Might put an end to the "What's the het on BBC Antigua?" threads
3875 - The Hams aren't using it for anything important
6955 - Then the pirates would be sure the FCC is harassing them
2375 - Wouldn't interfere too much with Guatemala\Mexico and should give
excellent domestic coverage and still fool the FCC into beleiving
they're NOT broadcasting to the US
