Today I received, at last, my QSL for AFRTS Rota, Spain
I sent the station a receptionreport and two f/up's. The station was heard
via Sporadic E here in the Netherlands on 102,5 MHZ FM.
It took 9 monyhs to get the QSL letter and sticker. A Dollar for return
postage was returned.
