Someone saying: "Dxing will die!" well,we have 2 new stations on tropical band
activated in 1 month. Ecos del Orinoco and last one R. Amazonas heard by our
member on February 25. So we continue to be regular listeners on short wave
and let satellite broadcasting talking alone!

on February 24 at 0230 0300 Is Radio Amazonas from Puerto Ayacucho id as "
Desde Puerto Ayacucho Capital de l 'Amazona Venezolana ", " Radio Amazonas 4000
watios de potencia musical ... onda media 1130 KHz.. " From Nordic Short Wave
Center we read the Martin Elbe, Germany comment's: The station also announcing
medium wave 1130 KHz with 1 KW The WRTH list the station located in Puerto
Ayacucho ( situated in the Orinoco and not the Amazonas ) This could be the
transmitters of R. Continental reactivated under new name - wich explain
Continental's sudden test transmission in January after years of silence.
BRASIL trying for brasilian stations on 31 and 25 mb! sometime signals booming
as local and are very pleasurable listening. For exemple R. Nova Visao offer a
very nice music from selected brasilian musicians. I listen to 11705 in March 2
at 2120 - 2145 before start a R. Trans Mundial program relayed by R. Nova Visao

W9GR DSP this small filter working wery well.We use it regularly with automatic
noise suppressor and give a clean reception also whit strong qrm.Also a
automatic notch is present and get a fantastic reception with heterodynes;
total disappearing!
ITALY R. Studio X Momigno 4752 is still on air. Isn't a pirate relay as write
in last issue, it's a third harmonic of 1584 MW. This FM station has regular
operation on MW 1584 audible here in northern Italy with interfered signal.
