Hi!
I just checked 11850 kHz, from 1546 onwards I heard schmaltzy Oldies like
"Smoke gets in your eyes" or "The great Pretender". No announcements at all,
signing off at 1601 UTC.
SINPO 24443, best in USB. Schedule and format would fit for the new VOA Relay
in Sao Tome.
