Sanskrit?

Hi there.

Today I received a letter from India, which seemingly is written in
Sanskrit. Though just two sentences, it_s still much easier for me to
understand a transmission coming out out Tibet rather than getting any sense
out of this letter. Is there anybody out there who can help with
translation? Thanks.
